Montage Deer Valley, Park City, Utah


*We are now recruiting for 7 Culinary and 10 Food & Beverage/Front of the House Interns or Trainees for May 4, 2020 - April 11, 2021. 2021.
*Should be studying towards a degree or have a degree in culinary arts or hospitality.
* Montage Deer valley does not provide housing so interns will have to find housing on their own.

Camp Herrlich, Patterson, New York

*Looking for a J-1 Trainee to do a Camp Management Training Program for up to 18 months.
*Candidates should have education or experience in business, management, working with children a plus.
*Start date would be Spring of 2020 to Fall of 2021 so they can have the trainees for two summers.

*We are now recruiting for 2 Culinary Interns for a 12 month program starting Fall 2020.
*Stipend will be $17.00 per hour and all meals are included
*There will be four phases including Orientation, Banquets, Banquet/Garde Manger, and Outlet Stations. 
*Lodging is not available but Interns can stay for the first week or two at the hotel and the property will help assist them in finding housing.

*All candidates need to have a culinary, hospitality or Business Administration degree or related degrees and have applicable work experience outside the U.S.


*We are recruiting 12 Culinary Interns or Trainees for a 12 month placement starting in May or June. *Interns will start at $13.00 per hour and go up from there.
*They will go through four phases including: Orientation, Culinary Restaurant Outlets, Culinary Banquets/Events/Outlets, and Advanced Training and Intro to Leadership.
*Candidates should be studying towards a degree in Culinary and/or have practical culinary experience. If they are studying towards a Hospitality Degree they should have completed several culinary classes and have some practical experience.

Nantucket Island Resorts


*6 month internships from April 1, 2020 to October 31, 2020. We are recruiting for up to 15 intern positions in Front Desk/Rooms, Food & Beverage & Culinary. Pay will range from $12.75 per hour to $17.50 per hour depending on the internship position.  
*Lodging is available and ranges from $150 to $250 per week for either dormitory rooms to shared houses with kitchens.
